About the Company A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is hiring its founding India cloud support team and has partnered with Flexiple to bring on cloud support engineers. You will be one of the first cloud specialists on the ground, shaping how the company supports customers running its product across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and deployment issues for customers, working closely with engineering to keep their environments stable and performant.

Key Responsibilities Cloud Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments Investigate deployment failures, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks Reproduce issues in test environments and document root causes clearly Reliability & Product Partnership

Partner with engineering to escalate and close out complex cloud issues Contribute to runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and internal cloud documentation Share recurring customer patterns with product to influence the roadmap Ideal Candidate Profile 2 to 6 years in cloud support, DevOps support, or site reliability roles Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Comfort with Linux administration and basic scripting in Python or Bash Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP associate level or higher) Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience supporting a SaaS or B2B software product What We Offer A founding cloud-support seat with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement Direct exposure to engineering leadership and product decisions One application considered for this and future matched roles Hiring process Profile Shortlisting → Tech Interview 1 → Tech Interview 2 → Tech Interview 3 → Founder Interview
