Every rate we charge, on one page.
No retainer to start a search, no subscription to look at the network, and no fee on a permanent hire until they are in the seat. The figures below are the figures on the contract.
Hiring and delivery rates
A bulk entry-level mandate and a niche senior search take different work, so they carry different rates. We quote the tier up front rather than averaging them into one number.
Permanent hiring
Contingency. Invoiced on the candidate's joining date.

Volume intake where the role is well-defined and the same evaluation runs across a cohort. One month of salary, effectively.
Three to eight years, owning delivery on a defined surface. The rate settles inside the band once we have seen the brief.
Leadership, scarce specialisations, and searches where the qualified population in the country is small enough to name.
Replacement assurance: 90 days on every permanent hire.
Contract staffing
Monthly, on the deployed rate.

Covers the roughly 15% statutory load — PF, ESI, gratuity provisioning, insurance and leave — plus payroll administration and compliance filing. What remains is our margin, and we will show you the split.
Converting a contractor to permanent is charged at the matching permanent tier, less the markup already billed.

Retained. Monthly, for an embedded function.

Early-stage flat fee
One fee per hire. No percentage.

For the first handful of hires, when a percentage of a senior CTC is the wrong shape for the balance sheet. Same evaluation, same replacement assurance.
Verification is free. It always will be.
Evaluation, the published record and entry to the network cost nothing, because the network is only worth joining if the bar to enter it is merit. The preparation tracks below are optional, and buying one does not affect the outcome of an evaluation.

Nothing you pay for changes an evaluation outcome, in either direction. A preparation track does not buy a pass, and a hiring fee does not buy a shortlist — the practitioner who signs a record has no commercial interest in what it says.
