What a squad is
Not an agency bench. Not a body shop.
A squad is a small team drawn from the verified pool for one specific brief, then dissolved when the work is done. There is no bench sitting idle waiting to be billed, and nobody is assigned to you because they happened to be free.
The distinction that matters commercially: the people on your project are the same people in the hiring pool. If someone proves themselves on the work, you already know exactly who you would be hiring — you have watched them do the job.

Convert, extend or close
When the work is done the squad dissolves. If you want to keep someone, convert them to a permanent hire on our standard placement terms — you have already seen them work.
